New opportunities Cimera opens up

When your information is centralized and properly managed you are able to make more use of your information and do things that weren’t possible before.

For example

  • Cimera can be integrated with other third party tools (like your help desk) so that information managed in Cimera can be related to information managed outside Cimera.
  • Third parties can be given secured access to Cimera over an extranet (or the Internet) allowing them to participate in end-to-end processes. Cimera’s security will ensure that only appropriate information can be seen or amended.
  • Cimera reports can be written and made available through a web server, allowing anyone with a browser to access them. The manual collating of information to create the regular management report can be replaced by a web page.

These new opportunities can be leveraged to improve service levels, be more responsive to change, and make changes more effectively and efficiently.
